is a 501(c)3 non profit corporation dedicated to promoting a wide variety of dances and dance classes for all adults. LMDC sponsors weekly dances and collaborates with other non-profits, commmunity groups and dance instructors to offer a varied dance programs.

   Our normal hours of operation are
 Monday - Friday:          5:00 p.m. - Midnight
 Saturday and Sunday:  12:00 p.m. - Midnight

Directions coming I-80
Take Oak Street Off Ramp
Follow Oak Street as it bends around Lake Merritt.
It will merge with and become Harrison
Stay on Harrison and go through the intersection at Grand
Go half a block and turn right into driveway just before Merritt Hotel Sign
Parking is available in the rear and front of Veterens Memorial Building.
Entrance to building is from front parking lot.
